To begin, the first thing I focused on when putting my commercial together was choosing which editing software to use. The wide range of editing programs available made it difficult for me to know where to begin when I first started putting my commercial together. I first looked into using VideoStar. I began by looking at reviews about the editing program. I also came across many videos that were edited using VideoStar. Once I started reading more of the reviews and watching more videos editing with VideoStar, I discovered that VideoStar was not the best fit for the type of editing I chose to have in my commercial. After I began looking for other editing software I came across Imovie. Just like VideoStare I first read reviews about Imovie and watched videos that were edited by Imovie. After downloading iMovie, I started playing around with the app and its features. While playing around with the app's features, I noticed it did not have the features I was looking for in my commercial and it did not fit the way I envisioned my commercial. Also, the app was fairly simple. Although Imovie was fairly simple to function I decided to keep my eye out for other editing software. After searching through many other editing software  I came across the app cap cut. I started researching the software by reading reviews and watching others' creations with the software. While I was watching other creations with the editing software I knew I had to give Capcut a try. So I downloaded Capcut and started playing around with some features. Although the app was fairly simple I decided to watch some tutorials on how to improve your editing on Capcut. Once I watched these videos I went back to playing around with the app's features. After a semi-long process of putting together, I ended up creating my commercial. The commercial ended up being exactly how I envisioned it thanks to the time and effort I spent choosing which editing software I should have used.
